Mezcales "El Milagrito" had been crafting some of the best mexican mezcal way before the trend consolidated. Their longevity in the business allowed them to identify the new the ways in which mezcal was to be perceived, and desired, by the international market. Following this intuition a completely new distillery was built in 2014, where, in collaboration with Xaquixe, four distillation kilns were designed and built to operate with a direct fire combustion system and 100% copper stills.
